Make Soy Chili at Home without Deep Frying




Ingredients
  1. Soya chunks: 60gms
  2. olive oil: 1.5 tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
  4. Corn flour: 1.5tsp
  5. Onion: 1/4th cup
  6. Capsicum: 1/2 cup
  7. Tomato ketchup: 1/2 tsp
  8. Vinegar: 1/2 tsp
  9. Chilli powder: 1 tsp
  10. Soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
  11. Spring onion, coriander leaves(finely chopped): 2tsp each

Instruction
  1. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10mins and keep it aside.
  2. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder to soya chunks and mix everything well.
  3. Then coat soy chunks in corn flour.
  4. Sprinkle some oil on a pan and sauté the soya chunks until they turns golden brown and set it aside.
  5. In the same pan, add some oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and sauté it, add salt and pepper also.
  6. Then add vinegar, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilli powder and mix well.
  7. When the gravy is ready, add sautéed soya chunks and give it a good mix.
  8.  Garnish with some sesame seed, spring onion, coriander leaves, and serve hot.
