Ingredients- Soya chunks: 60gms
- olive oil: 1.5 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
- Corn flour: 1.5tsp
- Onion: 1/4th cup
- Capsicum: 1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup: 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar: 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion, coriander leaves(finely chopped): 2tsp each
Instruction- Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10mins and keep it aside.
- Add salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder to soya chunks and mix everything well.
- Then coat soy chunks in corn flour.
- Sprinkle some oil on a pan and sauté the soya chunks until they turns golden brown and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add some oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and sauté it, add salt and pepper also.
- Then add vinegar, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilli powder and mix well.
- When the gravy is ready, add sautéed soya chunks and give it a good mix.
- Garnish with some sesame seed, spring onion, coriander leaves, and serve hot.
