Aloo Chaat



Ingredients
  • Potato -1-2 Medium Sized (Boiled)
  • Onion-1 (Chopped)
  • Cucumber - 1 (Chopped)
  • Tomatoes- 1 (Chopped)
  • Anar Or Pomegranate- 2 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala - 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Salt- As per the Taste
  • Black Pepper- 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Lemon- 1

  • Instruction


  • 1. To start, boil 4-5 potatoes in a pressure cooker or microwave.


    2. Next, remove the potato skin and cut them into medium-sized pieces.


    3. Chop 1/2 onion, one cucumber, and one tomato into fine pieces.


    4. Add salt, chaat masala, and black pepper according to your taste.


    5. For an extra twist, consider adding fruits like kiwi, pomegranate, and mint leaves.


    6. Finally, squeeze a lemon on top, and your delicious aloo chaat recipe is ready to be enjoyed!
