Banana Curd Smoothie


Ingredients
  • Bananas - 2
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Cardamom Powder - A Pinch
  • Ice - As Required
  • Milk - 1 Cup

  • Instruction 


    • In a blender add banana, low-fat curd, milk, and cardamom powder. 
    • Blend well.
    • Pour into a glass and add some ice cubes(optional). 
    • Serve chilled.
