Ingredients
Black Chickpea (Kala Chana) - 1 Cup (boiled)
Tomato, Onion - 1 Each (Medium sized)
Green Chilli - 2 (optional)
Black Salt - 2 Pinch
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
Mint, Coriander Leaves - 6-7
Lemon Juice - 1
Amchur Powder (dry mango powder) - 1 Tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cucumber - 1 Cup
Instruction
1. Firstly, soak black chana overnight and next morning boil them.
2. Now, chop the green chilli, onions, tomatoes, and
cucumber. Mix them thoroughly in a bowl.
3. Drain the water and separate the black chana in a bowl. Then mix all the other ingredients in it.
4. Now, add black salt, chaat masala, and dry mango powder to the salad. You can also season it with roasted cumin powder.
5. For a delightful flavour, add mint and coriander leaves.
6. Then Squeeze lemon juice on it. Give it a fine mix.
7. Your black chana salad is ready to serve. Enjoy.
