Chicken and Basil Stir Fry


Ingredients
  • Salt- As per the taste
  • Basil Leaves- 1 Handful
  • Bell Peppers- ¼ Cup Sliced
  • Capsicum – ½ Cup (small pieces)
  • Tomatoes - 1 Cup (chopped)
  • Spinach- ½ Cup (boiled)
  • Garlic – 1/4 teaspoon (chopped)
  • Olive Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chicken- 100gms
  • Green Chili – ½ teaspoon (chopped)




  • To prepare Chicken and Basil Stir Fry:















    1. Sauté Aromatics:- Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan. Add red onions and sauté on a slow flame until they become pink or soft.








    2. Add Chicken and Aromatics:
    Add garlic, ginger, chicken, chilies, spring onions (whites), and salt. Sauté on a slow flame for about 1 minute.








    3. Add Vegetables: 
    Add tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan. Sauté for a few more seconds.








    4. Add Spinach and Basil:
    Mix in chopped spinach leaves (boiled) and basil leaves (boiled or as per choice).








    5. Cook Until Done:
    Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are thoroughly cooked.








    6. Garnish and Serve:
    Once done, transfer the stir fry to a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onions.








    7. Enjoy:
    Your Chicken and Basil Stir Fry is ready to be enjoyed! Serve it hot and savor the delicious flavors.
