Elaichi Water


INGREDIENTS

      1. Green cardamom pods: 6-7 

       2. Water : 4-5 cups

       3. Stevia leaves (optional)


INSTRUCTION 

  • Gently crush the cardamom pods using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon.
  • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the lightly crushed cardamom pods.
  • Lower the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes, letting the water absorb the aromatic essence of the cardamom.
  • After simmering, strain the infusion into a jug , removing the cardamom pods.
  • Stevia leaves can be added for sweetness.
  • Serve the cardamom-infused water chilled or at room temperature.
