Ingredients- Oats: 3-4 teaspoon
- Curd: 2 tablespoon
- Banana or any fruit of choice - 1pc
- Seed mixture: 2 teaspoon
- Honey: 1/4th teaspoon (optional)
Instruction
- Soak oats in water for at least 3-4 hrs.
- In a bowl, add soaked oats, curd and chopped fruits, seed mixture and honey.
- Mix everything well.
- It's ready to be served.
