Boiled Veggies High Protein Salad





 Ingredients

  1. Carrot (cut sticks) - 1
  2. Beans (cut sticks) - 4
  3. Capsicum (diced) - 1/2 
  4. Onion - 1
  5. Tomato (diced)- 1
  6. Cucumber (chopped) - 1
  7. Green chilli (slitted) - 1
  8. Salt - 1tsp
  9. Curd - 3 tsp
  10. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  12. Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  13. Boiled chicken/egg/paneer - 100gms/2pcs/70gms
  14. Roasted peanuts/chana - 1tsp

Instruction
  1. Wash the vegetables and boil with salt until it softens.
  2. In a bowl add curd, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, chaat masala and give it a good mix.
  3.  Add boiled veggies in the curd mixture.
  4. Add boiled chicken/eggs/paneer as per your preference.
  5. Garnish with some roasted peanuts or roasted chana.
