Boiled Veggies High Protein Salad
Ingredients
- Carrot (cut sticks) - 1
- Beans (cut sticks) - 4
- Capsicum (diced) - 1/2
- Onion - 1
- Tomato (diced)- 1
- Cucumber (chopped) - 1
- Green chilli (slitted) - 1
- Salt - 1tsp
- Curd - 3 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Boiled chicken/egg/paneer - 100gms/2pcs/70gms
- Roasted peanuts/chana - 1tsp
Instruction- Wash the vegetables and boil with salt until it softens.
- In a bowl add curd, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, chaat masala and give it a good mix.
- Add boiled veggies in the curd mixture.
- Add boiled chicken/eggs/paneer as per your preference.
- Garnish with some roasted peanuts or roasted chana.
