High Protein Cheela for Weight Loss
Ingredients
- Moong daal - 1 cup
- Rice - 1/2 cup
- Boiled spinach - 50 gms
- Green chilli - 1 pc
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Rock Salt - 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Water - as required
Instruction
- Soak moong daal and rice overnight.
- Add soaked moong daal, rice, boiled spinach, green chilli, ginger, rock salt, cumin seeds in a mixer, add some water and make a fine paste out of it.
- Heat a skillet, add the mixture and make pancakes out of it.
- Serve with egg/paneer fillings.
