High Protein Cheela for Weight Loss


 

Ingredients

  1. Moong daal - 1 cup
  2. Rice - 1/2 cup
  3. Boiled spinach - 50 gms
  4. Green chilli - 1 pc
  5. Ginger - 1 inch
  6. Rock Salt - 1 pinch
  7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  8. Water - as required

Instruction

  1. Soak moong daal and rice overnight.
  2. Add soaked moong daal, rice, boiled spinach, green chilli, ginger, rock salt, cumin seeds in a mixer, add some water and make a fine paste out of it.
  3. Heat a skillet, add the mixture and make pancakes out of it.
  4. Serve with egg/paneer fillings.
