Grilled Fish


Ingredients
  • Fish - 200 g
  • Salt - 1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/8 Tsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
  • Salt - As Required
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp

           Instruction

    1. Begin by placing the fish on a plate and seasoning it with salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, and garlic paste. Mix the ingredients well and let the fish marinate for 30 minutes.


    2. Next, heat a pan over medium flame and place the marinated fish on it. Cook the fish thoroughly on both sides.


    3. Finally, serve the cooked fish with your favorite side dish. Enjoy your flavorful and delicious meal!
