Lauki Kheer



Ingredients
  • Ghiya - 2 Medium Size
  • Cardamom - 1/2 Tsp
  • Stevia - 2 Tsp
  • Almond milk / low fat milk - 2 Cups
  • Instruction

  • 1. Peel the ghiya and chop it into long pieces.








    2. Take a pan and add some water along with the chopped lauki. Cook for 10 minutes or until the lauki is soft.








    3. Add cardamom powder and stevia to sweeten the kheer.








    4. While stirring, add almond milk and continue mixing well.








    5. Serve the kheer by garnishing it with dry fruits and a mixture of seeds.








    6. Your Lauki kheer is ready to be enjoyed!
