Ingredients
Oats - 1 Cup
Water - 2 & Half Cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Red Chillies - 2-3
Curd - 1 Cup
Cucumber - 2 Tsp
Carrot - 2 Tsp
Urad Daal - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - 4-5
Coriander - 2 Tsp
Pomegranate - 2 Tsp
Black pepper - 1-2 Tsp
Instruction
1. To start, prepare a delicious oats recipe with curd. In a pan, dry roast the oats over medium heat until they turn brown.
2. Next, add water and salt, then cover the pan with a lid. Cook until the oats become soft and the water evaporates. Allow it to cool.
3. In another pan, heat olive oil and add dry red chillies, curry leaves, and mustard seeds for tadka.
4. In a bowl, combine the cooked oats, curd, pomegranate, carrot, and the prepared tadka.
5. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, and add freshly ground pepper at the end.
