Jaun Roti

Ingredients
  • Jaun- 1 cup
  • Cumin - 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander - 2 Tbsp
  • Onions - 1 Medium Size
  • Salt - As Per the Taste



  • Instruction





    1. To begin, 1 cup of Jaun flour in a bowl. Add cumin, chopped onions, salt, green chilies (optional), and coriander, and mix the ingredients well.





    2. Next, slowly add lukewarm water into the mixture a little at a time, kneading until you achieve a smooth and slightly soft dough. Cover the dough and set it aside for a few minutes.





    3. Then, divide the dough into equal balls and roll each ball into a roti.





    4. Cook the roti on both sides until it turns a golden brown color.





    5. Finally, serve the hot roti. Enjoy your nutritious and flavorful flatbread!
