Jeera-Coriander water


Ingredients

  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp 
  • Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 900 ml

Instruction

  • This recipe will make 3 servings of 200 mL each. It is recommended to consume this water 3 times in a day at regular intervals.
  • Take a large pan and add 900 mL of water to it.
  • Bring the water to a boil on a medium flame.
  • Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) and 1 tbsp of coriander seeds (dhania) to the water.
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the volume reduces by 1/3rd.
  • Strain the water to a glass or steel container and let it cool for 5-6 minutes.
  • Consume lukewarm!
