Ingredients
Low Fat Milk - 150 ml
Elaichi -1 pod
Makhana - 10 g
Stevia - 1 Tsp
Deshi Ghee - 1Tsp
Instruction
1. To begin, heat a pan over medium flame and add a touch of ghee.
2. Next, add makhanas to the pan and roast them for a while. Set them aside.
3. Meanwhile, in another pan over high heat, pour in low-fat milk and bring it to a boil.
4. Simultaneously, take the roasted makhanas and crush them along with an elaichi.
5. Now, add the crushed makhanas to the boiling milk, sweeten with stevia, and add saffron for color.
