Methi Water


Ingredients
  • Methi (fenugreek) seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 250ml (1 glass)


  • To prepare methi water for its potential health benefits:



    1. Soak Methi Seeds: Firstly, soak a teaspoon of methi (fenugreek) seeds in water overnight.


    2. Strain and Consume: In the morning, strain the water from the soaked methi seeds.
     Have this strained water on an empty stomach
       













                            




    3. Optional - Boil the Water: If you prefer, you can also choose to boil the strained water and sip it like tea.


    This practice is believed to have various health benefits, as fenugreek seeds are known for their potential positive effects on digestion, metabolism, and blood sugar levels.
