Mix veg Raita




Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 1 Medium Size
  • Onion - 1 Medium Size
  • Carrot - 1 Cup
  • Cucumber - 1 Cup
  • All Seasonal Green Vegetables - 1 Cup
  • Salt - As Per the Taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Coriander - 2 Tbsp
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Instruction

  • 1. To start, thoroughly wash all the veggies and finely chop them.


    2. Next, take a large bowl and add curd, salt, roasted cumin powder, and the other chopped veggies.
    3. 

    Mix these ingredients well.


    4. As an additional step, garnish the mixture with finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it thoroughly.  
    5. Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.






     





    Finally, serve the chilled dish. Enjoy!
