Ingredients
Tomatoes - 1 Medium Size
Onion - 1 Medium Size
Carrot - 1 Cup
Cucumber - 1 Cup
All Seasonal Green Vegetables - 1 Cup
Salt - As Per the Taste
Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander - 2 Tbsp
Curd - 1 Cup
Instruction
1. To start, thoroughly wash all the veggies and finely chop them.
2. Next, take a large bowl and add curd, salt, roasted cumin powder, and the other chopped veggies.

Mix these ingredients well.
4. As an additional step, garnish the mixture with finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it thoroughly.
5. Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
Finally, serve the chilled dish. Enjoy!
