Ingredients
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cabbage, Broccoli, spinach, Peas - 1/2 Cup each
Spring onions - 2
Carrot - 1/4 Cup
Mushroom - 3 to 4
Water/vegetable stock - 1/2 Cup
Ginger, Garlic - 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf, Lemon - 1 each
Salt, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder - 1 Pinch each
Instruction
1. To start the vegetable soup recipe, finely chop all the vegetables.
2. Next, heat ghee in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, and spring onions, then sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. After that, introduce a bay leaf to the mixture.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan.
4. Pour water into the pan according to the amount of vegetables.
5. Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables become tender.
6. Enhance the taste by adding salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
