Mix Vegetable Soup

 


Ingredients
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Cabbage, Broccoli, spinach, Peas - 1/2 Cup each
  • Spring onions - 2
  • Carrot - 1/4 Cup
  • Mushroom - 3 to 4
  • Water/vegetable stock - 1/2 Cup
  • Ginger, Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Bay Leaf, Lemon - 1 each
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder - 1 Pinch each

  • Instruction

  • 1. To start the vegetable soup recipe, finely chop all the vegetables.


    2. Next, heat ghee in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, and spring onions, then sauté for 1-2 minutes. 
    3. After that, introduce a bay leaf to the mixture.


    Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan.


    4. Pour water into the pan according to the amount of vegetables.


    5. Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables become tender.


    6. Enhance the taste by adding salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.


    7. Finally, your delicious soup is ready. Enjoy!
