Mixed Fruit Salad



Ingredients
  • Apple - 1 Cup
  • Grapes - 1 Cup
  • Guava - 1 Cup 
  • Orange - 2
  • Kiwi - 1 Cup(optional)
  • Pomegranate - 1/2 Cup
  • Any Seasonal Fruit
  • Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt - 2 Pinch(optional)
  • Mint Leaves - 3-4
  • To prepare the Fruit Salad:









  • 1. In a small mixing bowl, combine orange juice and lemon zest.


    2. Add all the chopped fruits (apple, watermelon, orange, guava, kiwi, grapes) to the mixing bowl.


    3. Toss the fruits gently to coat them in the citrus mixture.


    4. Sprinkle some rock salt over the fruit mixture for added flavor.


    5. Squeeze lemon juice on the fruit salad.


    6. Mix the fruits well, ensuring an even distribution of the citrus and rock salt.


    7. Garnish the fruit salad with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.


    8. Refrigerate the fruit salad until ready to serve (optional)
