Moong Daal Palak Cheela



Ingredients
  • Overnight Soaked Moong Dal - 2 cups
  • Water - 1/2
  • Basil & Palak Leaves - 10 - 11 each
  • Curry Leaves leaves - 10 - 12
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Desi Ghee - 2 tsp 

  • Instruction

  • 1. Begin by blending the sprouted moong dal with green chilies, ginger, basil leaves, and curry leaves.

    2. Add ½ cup of water to achieve the desired consistency of the batter.

    3. Sprinkle some salt into the batter according to your taste.

    4. Add black pepper and cumin powder, mixing them well into the batter.

    5. Heat a pan and add a few drops of oil to it.

    6. Spread the batter evenly on the pan.

    7. Cook both sides of the cheela until they turn golden and crisp.

    8. Your delicious sprouted moong dal palak cheela is ready to be served! Enjoy it with homemade chutney.
