Paneer Bhurji



Ingredients
  • Paneer- 1 Bowl
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Onions - 1/2 Cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
  • Tomatoes - 1/2 Cup
  • Oil - 2tsp


  • To prepare Scrambled Paneer with Tomatoes and Capsicum:

     

    1. Heat Oil: On a medium flame, place a pan and add oil. Allow it to heat.

    2. Add Cumin Seeds, Tomatoes, and Capsicum: Add cumin seeds to the hot oil. Once they start sizzling, add chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Cook until they change their color and become tender.

    3. Incorporate Scrambled Paneer: Add scrambled paneer to the pan.

    4. Seasonings: Season the mixture with your preferred seasonings. You can use salt, pepper, or any other spices of your choice.

    5. Cook: Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend and the tofu to absorb the seasonings.

    Your Scrambled Tofu with Tomatoes and Capsicum is now ready to be served! Enjoy this nutritious and flavorful dish as a wholesome meal or a side.



    Tips:To enhance the nutritional content and variety of your Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Cubes, you can add additional vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and beans.
