
Ingredients
Ragi Flour - 1 cup
Onion -1/2 cup
Other vegetables (as desired) - 1 cup
Ginger
Garlic
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Curd- 2-3 tablespoons
Instruction
2. Mix Ragi flour with curd.
3. Chop a variety of vegetables.
4. Mix the chopped vegetables with the ginger-garlic paste and Ragi flour mixture.
5. Form the batter.
6. Pour the batter onto a non-stick frying pan and cook on both sides.
7. Serve while hot and enjoy with mint chutney!
