Ragi Roti



Ingredients
  • Ragi aata - 1 1/2 cup (70 g)
  • Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup (30 g)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Warm water as per requirement
  • Instruction:

  • 1. To start, mix 70% ragi atta and 30% whole wheat atta in a bowl and add water.
    2. Next, thoroughly combine the ingredients and knead them into a soft dough.
    3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into small round balls, then roll them out.
    4. Using a non-stick Tawa, cook the ragi roti on a medium flame, flipping it to cook both sides.
    5. For the final touch, cook the ragi roti on an open flame using tongs to help it puff.
    6. Your hot and ready-to-serve rotis are now prepared!
