Aloo Paratha



Ingredients
  • Boiled and mashed potato -1 pc
  • Himalayan pink salt - 1/4 tsp 
  • Chopped onions - 1 tbsp
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp 
  • Chopped cauliflower greens ( boiled and mashed) - 1 cup
  • Deshi ghee - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp 


  • Instruction

  • 1. Heat Desi Ghee:
    - Add desi ghee to a pan and heat it.


    2. Add Cumin Seeds:
    - Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds.


    3. Sauté Onions and Ginger Paste:
    - When the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped onions and ginger paste. Sauté until the onions are well-cooked.


    4. Seasoning:
    - Add salt and pepper to taste, and then add cauliflower greens. Sauté the mixture well.


    5. Add Mashed Potato:
    - Mix in the mashed potato and ensure it is well combined with the other ingredients.


    6. Shape the Stuffing:
    - Form the stuffing into ball shapes and set them aside.


    7. Prepare Dough:
    - Knead a soft dough for making paratha.


    8. Make Paratha:
    - Roll out the dough and stuff it with the prepared mixture, then cook the paratha.


    9. Serve:
    - Serve the paratha with fresh curd or coriander mint chutney. Enjoy!
