Cinnamon Water



Ingredients
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Cinnamon - 1 stick


  • Instruction

  • 1. Boil Water:
    - In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.


    2. Add Cinnamon:
    - Add 1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the boiling water.


    3. Simmer:
    - Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 2-5 minutes, allow the flavors of cinnamon to infuse into the water.


    4. Cooling Phase:
    - Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool to a warm temperature.


    5. Strain the Mixture:
    - Strain the water to remove the cinnamon stick. If ground cinnamon was used, this step can be skipped.


    6. Optional Enhancements:
    - If desired, add a touch of honey or a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the flavor.


    7. Serve and Enjoy:
    - Pour the cinnamon water into a glass and savor it as a warm, comforting drink. It's a delightful option for the morning or throughout the day.
