Ingredients
  • Jaun atta - 1 bowl
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as prescribed by dietitian
  • Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
  • Water - 2 cups

  • Instruction

  • 1. Prepare Batter:
    - Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter by adding water.


    2. Heat Pan:
    - Heat a non-stick pan.


    3. Pour and Spread:
    - Pour a ladle full of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular pattern, similar to making a dosa.


    4. Cook on One Side:
    - Allow it to cook for a couple of minutes until the bottom side is done.


    5. Flip:
    - Flip the pancake to let the other side cook.


    6. Cook on Other Side:
    - Allow the other side to cook until it reaches the desired consistency.


    7. Serve Hot:
    - Serve the pancake hot and enjoy!
