Masala Sprout



Ingredients
  • Moong sprouts - 1 cup
  • Hot Water - 2cups
  • Chopped carrot, cucumber, onion - 1 cup
  • Herbs and spices as desired
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Mint and coriander for chutney
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp



  • Instruction

  • 1. Start by blanching the moong sprouts in hot water for about 5 minutes. Then drain off the water.
    2. Make sure the moong sprouts are soft but crunchy.
    3. Then shift the blanched moong sprouts into a large mixing bowl.
    4. Add cumin powder, chili powder, amchur, and salt according to taste and mix everything well.
    5. Next, add finely chopped cucumber, tomato, carrot, capsicum, and onion, add coriander-mint chutney also.
    6. Lastly add some lemon juice and give everything a good mix.
    7. Your tasty Masala sprout is ready to enjoy!
