Oats in Milk



Ingredients
  • Oats - 3 Tsp
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Nuts - 1/2 Tsp (Optional)
  • Seeds Mixture - 1/2 Tsp (Optional)
  • Stevia - 1/2 Tsp (Optional)

  • 1. Boil Milk:
    - Place a pan on high heat.
    - Add milk to the pan.


    2. Add Oats:
    - Add oats to the milk.


    3. Bring to Boil:
    - Bring the milk to a boil.


    4. Soften Oats:
    - As the milk boils, the oats will soften.


    5. Pour into Glass:
    - Once the oats are soft, pour the mixture into a glass.


    6. Garnish:
    - Garnish your oats milk with a mixture of nuts like almonds, cashews, and walnuts or seeds and fruits of your choice.


    7. Enjoy:
    - Your nutritious oats milk is ready to be enjoyed!
