Oats omelet with veggies



 Ingredients

1. Oats flour - 1 cup

2. Egg - 2 pcs

3. Grated Carrot, bell pepper, tomato, beetroot- 1/2 cup each

4. Chopped onion - 2tsp

5. chopped green chili- 1/2 tsp 

6. salt as per taste

7. Oil- 1 tsp

Instruction 

1. Combine oats flour, eggs, grated vegetables, onion, green chili and salt together.

2. Mix everything well into a normal consistency, using water.

3. Heat oil in a pan, pour the mixture and let its base cook on low flame.

4. Then, flip it and let it cook for another 2-3 mins on low flame.

5. Finally, serve the oats omelet and garnish it with grated beetroot.

Ingredients Garlic - 2 Tsp Beans - 1/4 Cup Carrots - 1/4 Cup Onions - 1/4 Cup Broccoli - 1 Cup Bell Peppers - 1 Cup Mushrooms - 1 Cup All Spices - As Per Taste Olive Oil - 2 tsp Instruction: To start, place the pan on a medium flame and add some olive oil. Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
