Red Smoothie


 

Ingredients

1. Sliced apple - 1 cup

2. Pomegranate - 1 cup

3.  Sliced strawberry - 1 cup

4. stevia leaves(optional)

5. Chia seeds(soaked) - 1/2 tsp

6. Curd (room temp) - 1 cup


Instruction

1. Blend Fruits and Yogurt:

   - In a blender, add 1 cup each of curd or low-fat unflavored yogurt, apple, strawberry and pomegranate.

   - Add stevia for taste.

   - Blend the ingredients well.

2. Pour into Glass:

   - Pour the blended mixture into a glass.

3. Add Chia Seeds:

   - Sprinkle chia seeds over the smoothie.

4. Enjoy:

   - Your red smoothie with chia seeds is ready to be enjoyed. Cheers!
