Ingredients
1. Makhana - 1 bowl2. Curry leaves - 9-10 pcs
3. Mint powder - 1 tsp
4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
6. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Instruction
1. Heat Desi Ghee:
- In a pan, add desi ghee and allow it to heat a little.
2. Add Curry Leaves and Makhana:
- Add curry leaves along with 1 bowl of makhana.
3. Season and Roast:
- Add mint powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper for taste and flavor.
- Mix them well and roast.
4. Serve:
