Ingredients
1. Pumpkin seed - half cup
2. Flax seed - half cup
3. Sesame seed - half cup
4. Sunflower seed - half cup
Instruction
1. Take equal amount of Pumpkin seed, Flax seed, Sesame seed, Sunflower seed.
2. Dry roast the seeds in a pan for 2mins on low flame with continuous stirring .
3. Let it cool for some time and store in an air-tight container.
4. Take 1tsp of roasted seed mixture daily in the evening/morning.
