Ingredients
1. Moong sprouts - 1.5 cup2. Grated Beetroot - 1 cup
3. Green chillies - 2 pcs
4. Ginger - 1 inch
5. Onion - 1 pc
6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
7. Garam masala - 1 tsp
8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Hing - 1/2 tsp
10. Besan/sattu - 4 tbsp
11. Oil/deshi ghee - 2 tsp
12. Salt as per taste
13. Coriander leaves
14. Sesame seeds - 1tsp
Instruction
1. In a mixer, mix all the ingredients and add all the spices together.2. Mix well, pour the mixture in the greased pan, cook both side slightly crisp.
3. Add some sesame seed on the top.
4. Enjoy with mint coriander chutney.
