Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup chopped beans
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tbsp. of finger millet flour / ragi pindi
- 3-4 chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Oil / deshi ghee
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander
Instruction
- Firstly, heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, sauté for 10-15 seconds.
- Next, add chopped veggies in the pan, add salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water, cover the pan and let them boil for 5-6 minutes in low flame.
- Take 2 tbsp. of ragi in a bowl, add some water and mix it well.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and stir continuously for few minutes.
- Let it cook for few more minutes.
- Finally add salt and black pepper powder for taste.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Hot nutritious soup is ready to serve! Enjoy!
