Ragi Soup with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped beans
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 tbsp. of finger millet flour / ragi pindi
  • 3-4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Oil / deshi ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander

Instruction
  • Firstly, heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, sauté for 10-15 seconds.
  • Next, add chopped veggies in the pan, add salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add 2 cups of water, cover the pan and let them boil for 5-6 minutes in low flame.
  • Take 2 tbsp. of ragi in a bowl, add some water and mix it well.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and stir continuously for few minutes.
  • Let it cook for few more minutes.
  • Finally add salt and black pepper powder for taste.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Hot nutritious soup is ready to serve! Enjoy!

Ingredients Garlic - 2 Tsp Beans - 1/4 Cup Carrots - 1/4 Cup Onions - 1/4 Cup Broccoli - 1 Cup Bell Peppers - 1 Cup Mushrooms - 1 Cup All Spices - As Per Taste Olive Oil - 2 tsp Instruction: To start, place the pan on a medium flame and add some olive oil. Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
