Poha Chia Pudding for Weight Loss


Ingredients

  1. Poha - 1 cup
  2. Chia seed - 1 tsp
  3. Curd - 1.5 cup
  4. Chopped almonds - 2 pcs
  5. Seed mixture (optional) - 1tsp
  6. Honey (optional) - 0.5 tsp  
  7. Fruits of your choice - 1 pc

Instructions
  1. Wash poha in water.
  2. Add curd and chia seed with poha, give it a good mix.
  3. Keep it in refrigerator, overnight.
  4. In the morning, add honey, chopped almonds, seed mixture and garnish it with fruits of your choice.
  5. Enjoy your low calorie, protein rich, fiber rich, iron rich, probiotic rich breakfast.

Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
