Ingredients
- Poha - 1 cup
- Chia seed - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1.5 cup
- Chopped almonds - 2 pcs
- Seed mixture (optional) - 1tsp
- Honey (optional) - 0.5 tsp
- Fruits of your choice - 1 pc
Instructions
- Wash poha in water.
- Add curd and chia seed with poha, give it a good mix.
- Keep it in refrigerator, overnight.
- In the morning, add honey, chopped almonds, seed mixture and garnish it with fruits of your choice.
- Enjoy your low calorie, protein rich, fiber rich, iron rich, probiotic rich breakfast.
