No Oil Chicken Curry



 Ingredients

  • Chicken - 600 gms
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala (optional) - 1 tsp
  • Salt -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 pcs

Instruction
  • In a bowl, mix curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, turmeric powder, crushed fennel seeds. Whisk the mixture well.
  • Add 600 gms of chicken in the mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Marinate for about 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, add chicken pieces in a hot skillet.
  • Cover & cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
  • After 10 mins, open the lid and stir the mixture once.
  • Again cover and cook for 10 mins (until chicken is tender).
  • Add tomato paste and mix well, cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and boil for 5-6 mins.
  • Add some kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Voila! Your oil free Healthy Chicken is ready to enjoy!
  • Serve it with rice or roti.

Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
