Oats Chia Seed Pudding



 Ingredients

  • Rolled oats - 3-4tsp
  • Chia seed - 1tsp
  • Low fat milk - 120ml
  • Banana - 1 pc (sliced)
  • Soaked almonds - 2 pcs (chopped)
  • Seed mixture - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Instruction
  • Soak oats and chia seed in milk, for overnight (keep at fridge)
  • In the next morning, add sliced banana & honey into the pudding.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds, seed mixture & fruits of your choice.
  • Enjoy your healthy & tasty pudding.
