Ingredients
- Rolled oats - 3-4tsp
- Chia seed - 1tsp
- Low fat milk - 120ml
- Banana - 1 pc (sliced)
- Soaked almonds - 2 pcs (chopped)
- Seed mixture - 1 tsp
- Honey - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Instruction
- Soak oats and chia seed in milk, for overnight (keep at fridge)
- In the next morning, add sliced banana & honey into the pudding.
- Garnish with chopped almonds, seed mixture & fruits of your choice.
- Enjoy your healthy & tasty pudding.
