Ingredients
- Broccoli -1 cup
- Carrot - 1 cup (sliced)
- Onion - 1/2 cup (diced)
- Boiled egg(sliced) - 2 pcs/Scrambled Paneer - 50gms/minced chicken-100gms
- Garlic - 1 pc
- Oil - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Instruction
- Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water for 1 minute.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic cloves for about 30 secs and then add blanched broccoli and carrot and sauté all the ingredients for about 2 mins.
- Add diced onion in the end and lastly add black pepper and oregano, sauté for another 1 minute.
- Plate all the vegetables and boiled egg/paneer/chicken in a dish.
- Garnish with some grated boiled egg/paneer/chicken.
