Skin Glow Salad



 Ingredients

  • Broccoli -1 cup
  • Carrot - 1 cup (sliced)
  • Onion - 1/2 cup (diced)
  • Boiled egg(sliced) - 2 pcs/Scrambled Paneer - 50gms/minced chicken-100gms
  • Garlic - 1 pc 
  • Oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Instruction
  • Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water for 1 minute.
  • Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic cloves for about 30 secs and then add blanched broccoli and carrot and sauté all the ingredients for about 2 mins.
  • Add diced onion in the end and lastly add black pepper and oregano, sauté for another 1 minute.
  • Plate all the vegetables and boiled egg/paneer/chicken in a dish.
  • Garnish with some grated boiled egg/paneer/chicken.
  • Enjoy your low carb branch!
