Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp.
- Beetroot - 1 medium
- Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Water - 2.5 cups
- Deshi ghee - 1/2 tsp
Instruction
- Peel beetroot and add in a grinder with some water, make a puree.
- Mix all the dry ingredients with the beetroot puree and make a batter, rest the batter for about 10-15 mins.
- Pour the batter on a hot pan, drizzle some ghee and cook it well on both sides until it turns crispy.
