Beetroot Ragi Dosa



 Ingredients

  1. Ragi flour - 1 cup 
  2. Rice flour - 2 tbsp.
  3. Beetroot - 1 medium
  4. Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  5. Finely chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
  7. Jeera - 1 tsp
  8. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Water - 2.5 cups
  11. Deshi ghee - 1/2 tsp

Instruction

  1. Peel beetroot and add in a grinder with some water, make a puree.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients with the beetroot puree and make a batter, rest the batter for about 10-15 mins.
  3. Pour the batter on a hot pan, drizzle some ghee and cook it well on both sides until it turns crispy.

Ingredients Garlic - 2 Tsp Beans - 1/4 Cup Carrots - 1/4 Cup Onions - 1/4 Cup Broccoli - 1 Cup Bell Peppers - 1 Cup Mushrooms - 1 Cup All Spices - As Per Taste Olive Oil - 2 tsp Instruction: To start, place the pan on a medium flame and add some olive oil. Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
