Ingredients
- Ragi flour: 1 cup
- Wheat flour: 1/3rd cup
- Almonds: 1/4th cup
- Cashew: 1/4th cup
- Peanuts: 1/4th cup
- Walnut: 3pcs
- Flax seed: 2 tsp
- Makhana: 1/4th cup
- Desiccated coconut: 1/2 cup
- Dates (deseeded): 7-8 pcs
- Raisins: 5-6 pcs
- Deshi ghee: 1 tsp
Instructions- Soak dates and raisins in hot water for 30 mins.
- In a pan add almonds, cashew, peanuts, walnut, makhane, flax seed and dry roast them, grind in a mixer and make a powder and set them aside.
- Add desiccated coconut in the pan and roast it for sometime until it turns dry.
- Then add ghee and, ragi flour and wheat flour, roast them in low flame.
- Add soaked dates and raisins in a mixer grinder, add some water and make a paste.
- Add the dates & raisins paste, dry fruits powder, desiccated coconut, ragi and wheat flour all together, mix well.
- It will form a soft dough. Make small laddoo like balls out of it.
