High Protein Salad


 

Ingredients

  1. Rajma - 20 gms
  2. Green Moong daal - 20 gms
  3. White chana - 20 gms
  4. Water - 2 cups
  5. Curd - 1/2 cup
  6. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
  8. Chopped tomato - 1/ cup
  9. Chopped cucumber - 1/4 cup
  10. Coriander leaves 
  11. Chaat Masala - 1/4tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma, green moong, white chana in water for at least 12 hours.
  2. Pressure cook these with salt, wait till 4 whistle.
  3. Add curd, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, chaat masala in it.
  4. Serve this high protein-high fiber dish in a bowl and garnish with some coriander leaves.
