Ingredients
- Rajma - 20 gms
- Green Moong daal - 20 gms
- White chana - 20 gms
- Water - 2 cups
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
- Chopped tomato - 1/ cup
- Chopped cucumber - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves
- Chaat Masala - 1/4tsp
Instructions
- Soak rajma, green moong, white chana in water for at least 12 hours.
- Pressure cook these with salt, wait till 4 whistle.
- Add curd, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, chaat masala in it.
- Serve this high protein-high fiber dish in a bowl and garnish with some coriander leaves.
