Palak Besan Sabji



Ingredients

  1. Washed and chopped spinach bundles: 2
  2. Mustard oil: 3tsp
  3. Cumin seeds: 1tsp
  4. Chopped onion: 1
  5. Chopped garlic cloves: 6-7
  6. Chopped green chilli: 1
  7. Dry red chilli: 1
  8. Chopped tomatoes: 1
  9. Roasted besan: 2tbsp.
  10. Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
  11. Coriander powder:1/2tsp
  12. Cumin powder:1/4th tsp
  13. Red chilli powder: 1/2tsp


 Instruction

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and red chilli, sauté them well.
  2. Roast tomatoes and masalas together.
  3. Add finely chopped spinach, the amount can seem a lot but in a minute it will shrink.
  4. Lastly, mix with roasted besan.
  5. And serve with hot roti/chapati.
