Ingredients
- Washed and chopped spinach bundles: 2
- Mustard oil: 3tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1tsp
- Chopped onion: 1
- Chopped garlic cloves: 6-7
- Chopped green chilli: 1
- Dry red chilli: 1
- Chopped tomatoes: 1
- Roasted besan: 2tbsp.
- Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
- Coriander powder:1/2tsp
- Cumin powder:1/4th tsp
- Red chilli powder: 1/2tsp
Instruction
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and red chilli, sauté them well.
- Roast tomatoes and masalas together.
- Add finely chopped spinach, the amount can seem a lot but in a minute it will shrink.
- Lastly, mix with roasted besan.
- And serve with hot roti/chapati.
