Apple Curd Smoothie

Ingredients
  • Apples - 2
  • Curd - 1 Bowl
  • Chia Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Ice Cubes - 3/4 (optional)


  • 1. Take apples, peel them, and chop them into pieces.2. In a blender add chopped apples, curd, chia seeds, and ice cubes.3. Blend well and voila! Your delicious apple curd smoothie is ready to be served.
                  4. Add ice cubes (optional).

    5. Enjoy!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Tips:
    • Soak chia seeds 15 minutes before making the smoothie.         
    • Add Stevia leaves for sweetness.
