Ingredients
Chicken/Vegetable Broth- 3 Cups
Grated Ginger - 1
Chopped Green Onion - 1
Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Beaten Eggs - 2
Cornstarch - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - As Per Taste
Cold Water - 2 Cups
Instruction
1. Begin by bringing chicken/vegetable broth to a boil in a soup pot.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix it into the broth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine water and cornstarch. Stir this mixture into the boiling broth.
4. Next, stir the hot broth into a slightly beaten egg.
5. Slowly add the egg mixture back into the hot broth, stirring constantly.
6. Cook until the soup becomes clear and slightly thickened, maintaining a constant stir.
7. Finally, garnish the soup with scallions, and it's ready to be served hot. Enjoy!
