Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped papaya
- 250 ml of low fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon of seed mixture
- 1/2 teaspoon of nuts
- Ice cubes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of stevia leaves (optional)
Instruction
- Take half papaya, peel it well, and cut it into small pieces.
- Then in a blender add chopped papaya, milk, vanilla essence, and some ice cubes (optional). Blend them well.
- Pour in a glass and garnish with seeds mixture or nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
