Healthy Papaya Shake




 Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped papaya
  • 250 ml of low fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon of seed mixture
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nuts
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of stevia leaves (optional)


 Instruction

  • Take half papaya, peel it well, and cut it into small pieces.
  • Then in a blender add chopped papaya, milk, vanilla essence, and some ice cubes (optional). Blend them well.
  • Pour in a glass and garnish with seeds mixture or nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
