Onion - 1 Small Onion
Tomato - 1 Small Tomato
Water - 2 Cup
Spices and Herbs - As per choice
Instruction
1. Combine 1 cup of oats flour with 2 cups of water in a mixing bowl.
2. Add your preferred seasonings, spices, herbs, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
3. Include diced onions and tomatoes, or any other vegetables of your choice.
4. Preheat a pan and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
5. Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the pan, spreading it evenly.
6. Cook on both sides until the chilla turns golden brown.
