Oats Cheela

 

Ingredients
  • Oats Flour - 1 Cup
  • Onion - 1 Small Onion
  • Tomato - 1 Small Tomato
  • Water - 2 Cup
  • Spices and Herbs - As per choice

  • Instruction

  • 1. Combine 1 cup of oats flour with 2 cups of water in a mixing bowl.


    2. Add your preferred seasonings, spices, herbs, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.


    3. Include diced onions and tomatoes, or any other vegetables of your choice.


    4. Preheat a pan and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.


    5. Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the pan, spreading it evenly.


    6. Cook on both sides until the chilla turns golden brown.


    7. Serve the oats chilla hot. Enjoy your nutritious and delicious meal!

    Ingredients Garlic - 2 Tsp Beans - 1/4 Cup Carrots - 1/4 Cup Onions - 1/4 Cup Broccoli - 1 Cup Bell Peppers - 1 Cup Mushrooms - 1 Cup All Spices - As Per Taste Olive Oil - 2 tsp Instruction: To start, place the pan on a medium flame and add some olive oil. Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
