High Protein Sattu Shake



 Ingredients

  1. Seed mixture - 1 tsp
  2. Sattu powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Yogurt/curd - 2 tbsp.
  4. Jaggery powder/honey - 1/2 tsp
  5. Water - 1/4th cup

Instruction

  1. Add all the ingredients in blender and make a smooth paste.
  2. Pour it in a glass, add some ice cube (optional).
  3. Enjoy your healthy and protein rich sattu shake.
