Ingredients
- Seed mixture - 1 tsp
- Sattu powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt/curd - 2 tbsp.
- Jaggery powder/honey - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/4th cup
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients in blender and make a smooth paste.
- Pour it in a glass, add some ice cube (optional).
- Enjoy your healthy and protein rich sattu shake.
