Infusion Water for Summer
Ingredients
- Cucumber (sliced with skin) - 1/2
- Lemon (sliced with skin) - 1/2
- Ginger (grated) - 1/2 inch
- Rock salt - 1 pinch
- Chia seed (soaked) - 2 tsp
- Mint leaves - 6-7 pcs
- Water - 2lit
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients in a bottle.
- Set aside for 2-3 hours.
- Drink the water throughout the day to feel fresh.
