Infusion Water for Summer



Ingredients

  1. Cucumber (sliced with skin) - 1/2 
  2. Lemon (sliced with skin) - 1/2
  3. Ginger (grated) - 1/2 inch
  4. Rock salt - 1 pinch
  5. Chia seed (soaked) - 2 tsp
  6. Mint leaves - 6-7 pcs
  7. Water - 2lit

Instruction

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bottle.
  2. Set aside for 2-3 hours.
  3. Drink the water throughout the day to feel fresh.
