Oats Banana Curd Smoothie
Ingredients
- Oats (overnight soaked): 2-3tsp
- Banana (chopped): 1 pc
- Curd: 2-3 tsp
- Chia seed (soaked): 1tsp
- Fruits of choice for garnishing
- Honey: 1/4th tsp (optional)
Instruction
- Soak oats and chia seed in water for overnight (at least 8hrs).
- In a blender, add chopped banana, curd, soaked oats and honey, make a smooth paste out of it.
- In a glass, pour the mixture and add fruit and nuts of your choice. And it's ready.
- Start your day with this high fiber smoothie.
