Oats Banana Curd Smoothie



 Ingredients

  1. Oats (overnight soaked): 2-3tsp
  2. Banana (chopped): 1 pc
  3. Curd: 2-3 tsp
  4. Chia seed (soaked): 1tsp
  5. Fruits of choice for garnishing
  6. Honey: 1/4th tsp (optional)

Instruction

  1. Soak oats and chia seed in water for overnight (at least 8hrs).
  2. In a blender, add chopped banana, curd, soaked oats and honey, make a smooth paste out of it.
  3. In a glass, pour the mixture and add fruit and nuts of your choice. And it's ready.
  4. Start your day with this high fiber smoothie.
