Sprouted Moong Ki Sabji



 Ingredients

  1. Sprouted moong(boiled) - 1 cup
  2. Onion (chopped) - 1 big
  3. Garlic (chopped) - 1
  4. Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 inch
  5. Green chillies (chopped) - 2 
  6. Curry leaves - 8-10 pcs
  7. Oil - 1tbsp
  8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Lemon juice - 2tsp
  12. Coriander leaves (chopped)- handful
  13. Water as required

Instruction

1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, wait until the seeds crackle.
2. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute this for 3-4 mins.
3. Add boiled sprouted moong and mix with turmeric and salt.
4. Add 2-3 tbsp water and steam for 2-3 mins.
5. Lastly garnish with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients Garlic - 2 Tsp Beans - 1/4 Cup Carrots - 1/4 Cup Onions - 1/4 Cup Broccoli - 1 Cup Bell Peppers - 1 Cup Mushrooms - 1 Cup All Spices - As Per Taste Olive Oil - 2 tsp Instruction: To start, place the pan on a medium flame and add some olive oil. Allow it to heat. Next, add garlic cloves and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add carrots, beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables. Continue cooking well.
