Ingredients
- Sprouted moong(boiled) - 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) - 1 big
- Garlic (chopped) - 1
- Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 inch
- Green chillies (chopped) - 2
- Curry leaves - 8-10 pcs
- Oil - 1tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2tsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped)- handful
- Water as required
Instruction
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, wait until the seeds crackle.2. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute this for 3-4 mins.
3. Add boiled sprouted moong and mix with turmeric and salt.
4. Add 2-3 tbsp water and steam for 2-3 mins.
5. Lastly garnish with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
